I will separate my refection on the site visit of the service learning, and Dr. Chung Hung Hui separately. Regarding the service learning in this course, the topic that our group has chosen is the making process of shrimp paste and its preservation method. In this service visit learning, I have learnt about the application of biotechnology in the production of shrimp paste. Besides, the hygiene practises in the making process of shrimp paste are really important to ensure the quality of the shrimp paste. I'm not going to mention the rest of the details of the production of shrimp paste. Let's focus on my thoughts after this site visit. I really appreciate that I have this opportunity to have a site visit with my groupmates to Monanie Family Enterprise.
